Prato Firmeza is a product of Énois — a communication laboratory that connects information and food in Brazilian favelas.

Created in 2013 as a gastronomic guide to the suburbs of São Paulo, PF has gained national versions, over 10 published volumes, podcasts, and a web series. Prato Firmeza unites schools, restaurants, producers, and consumers in a network that generates visibility for small entrepreneurs and strengthens good food in the outskirts.

Winner of the Jabuti Award, the biggest award in Brazilian literature, it has mapped over 500 establishments and impacted 2 million people, generating more than 1,000 direct jobs..
