{"id":12,"date":"2025-06-15T21:51:49","date_gmt":"2025-06-15T21:51:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pratofirmeza.com.br\/?page_id=12"},"modified":"2026-04-27T15:48:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T18:48:58","slug":"sobre","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pratofirmeza.com.br\/en\/sobre\/","title":{"rendered":"About Us"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Prato Firmeza<\/strong> is <a href=\"https:\/\/enois.org\/\" target=\"_self\">\u00c9nois\u2019<\/a> flagship project, a communication lab that supports emerging collectives in the outskirts to promote well-being through community communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was launched in 2016, when \u00c9nois was still a journalism school dedicated to training young communicators, and has grown alongside the organization, becoming a platform that connects communication and food in the favelas and outskirts of Brazil, generating income and strengthening local communication initiatives while fostering healthier communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Initially created as a gastronomic guide for the outskirts of S\u00e3o Paulo, <strong>Prato Firmeza<\/strong> has expanded into web series, podcasts, audiovisual content, and educational plans, with <strong>over 10 regional and national editions<\/strong> produced in partnership with community communication initiatives across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To date, <strong>Prato Firmeza<\/strong>  has distributed more than <strong>20,000 books<\/strong> and recorded thousands of online downloads, directly and indirectly impacting around <strong>2 million people<\/strong>.
